Before diving into the training, we will lay essential foundations first. In the introductory module, we take a deep and critical dive into the socio-cultural (racist) history of modern gynecology and how the system serves and doesn't serve people with menstrual cycles. Learn about the medicalization and research of cycles. And get clear on what it means to include inclusive values, body literacy, consent as well as social justice, inclusive language and anti-racism in reproductive health care. After laying these building blocks first, we will dive into 6 big parts of the training, each containing various study modules, all based on orthomolecular principles.
